1. On the SMT component reel, cut flush along the center of the hole.
2. Remove the covered base paper.
3. Position the film by embedding the raised dots in the two connector holes, and pressure bond on top of the film.
4. After folding along the center of the base sheet and bonding the other side of the element tape, clear the substrate and re-press the film underneath.
